- Access Fee for Private Use: Seller may also be required to pay an additional fee if they wish to use the platform privately or access the admin area for managing and administrative functions.
- Listing Requirements: Seller must provide:
- At least four clear images of the item from different angles.
- A 30-second video showcasing the item to ensure transparency for potential buyers.
- Prohibited Items: The listing of stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any illegal items is strictly prohibited. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the legality and authenticity of the items they list. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
5. Fees and Payments
- Non-Refundable Fees: All access and listing fees are non-refundable. Please review the fee structure before proceeding with transactions on the platform.
- Payment Methods: Fees can be paid through available payment options on Bid & Win. Ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Bid & Win for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Misrepresent your identity, items for sale, or the intention behind bids.
- Attempt to bypass fees or exploit vulnerabilities on the platform.
