Compressing pictures in a Microsoft word document

These days organizations and institutions rely much on evidence based data. Which means every activity carried out has to end with a written report. Keep in mind, a very good report has a couple of pictures in it.  Now that we have established a few facts, the major focus of this article, lies on the pictures. A picture could be more than 30MB depending on quality and the device used to capture the event. For instance, lets assume this event to have over 10 pictures to be included in a report. This barely tells us our document could be more than 300MB. A word document weighing 300MB lol. This is very problematic, because at this point, one won't be able to email this report. What is needed here is some simple compression. The pictures need to be compressed during the time the report is being edited or formatted. Lucky enough this is nothing close to rocket science, and there's totally no need to clutter your computer with so many photo editor applications. You would be surprise...
