These devices include; a laptop computer, TV, DJ Equip, Car, etc. What if you could "listen in" to the surrounding sound as the device rests... what if you could do all this whilst you're away going on about your business, away from what you call home? Its a pocket of wild possibilities! However, it is no longer a dream, it has been done, and you can also be part of it, you can experience Realtime location and enjoy the audio feature that comes along. But at what price would you pay to enjoy such luxury? What would you give?

The answer, is very simple. To get this product, a client needs to agree to the following terms and conditions.

The device to be tagged is referred to as "Target device"

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DTS chip is not an ANTI THEFT device. It is solely for the purpose of tracking the location of the target device it is installed on

2. You will purchase and register a sim card of your choice.

i. Depending on the sim card, you should also agree to buy all the necessary data plan as well as manage the sim card as your secondary account.

3. You will create a google account or provide a preferred google account.

4. The DTS chip can only be used on target devices that the user has the legal authority to track, such as personal computers, DJ equipment, gaming consoles, car or TV.

5. The user must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of GPS tracking devices, including those related to privacy, data protection, and surveillance.

6. The user must obtain the consent of any individuals whose personal data will be collected and processed by the target device, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. The user must use the target device in a responsible and ethical manner, and not use it to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their consent.

8. The user must take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of any data collected or processed by the target device, and not disclose or share such data with unauthorized parties.

9. The user must promptly notify the service provider (dziwani phone) in case of any technical issues, malfunctions, or security breaches related to the target device.

10. The user is solely responsible for any liability or damages resulting from the use of the target device, including any misuse or unauthorized access to the data collected or processed by the target device.

11. The service provider (dziwani phone) shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the target device, and the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider (dziwani phone) from any claims or disputes related to the target device.

12. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and the user agrees to comply with the most current version of the terms and conditions.

By using the DTS chip, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

d. During the appointment, details for the job will be covered.

e. Upon successful discussion at step (d), the job shall take place.

f. Finally the tagged target device shall be delivered back to the client.
