Important Notes on Tweaking
Tweak - to change slightly, especially in order to make something more effective or correct
Optimize - get most out of, make optimal - modify to achieve maximum efficiency in storage capacity or time or cost
1. Tweaking is best done on a fresh install
2. Get as much RAM you can afford
3. Getting latest drivers is the best tweak you can do
4. Use two or more Hard drives(desktop), Partition your drive (laptop or desktop)
5. Maintain your pc. Do disk clean up often
