These days organizations and institutions rely much on evidence based data. Which means every activity carried out has to end with a written report. Keep in mind, a very good report has a couple of pictures in it.  Now that we have established a few facts, the major focus of this article, lies on the pictures. A picture could be more than 30MB depending on quality and the device used to capture the event. For instance, lets assume this event to have over 10 pictures to be included in a report.
